Tokyo and its surroundings are home to more theme and amusement parks than one could ever, as a foreign visitor, imagine. Already the Tokyo Disney Resort is divided into Tokyo Disney Land and Tokyo Disney Sea, making it a very unique spectacle when compared to its US and European counterparts. On top of the colorful dreamworld, a number of other Japanese parks have been attracting Japanese and foreign visitors for a number of years. Fuji-Q is well known for its huge rollercoasters, Puroland for its Hello Kitty attractions and Ghibli is directly connected to the world famous Anime studio.
